At the break of morn
the sun appears
faster than a siege in the night.

At the break of day
the light swings bright.
A sword swift to cut your enemy’s might.

At the break of dawn
God arrives.
With a rescue as quick as daylight.

Rip the shadows of a long midnight
At one sigh and a blink of an eye
Suddenly. Come!

“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.”
Psalm 46:5

Inspired by an old blogpost, “At the Break of Day”:

broken. humbled. a life that's ruined for a cause. a jesus revolutionary.
